Coracle Coffee

PROJECT SPECS: Illustration, Merch Design, Photography

We teamed up with local beanmaster Tyler Duncan to design new shirts for his locally owned coffee shop, Coracle Coffee. Tyler started manufacturing instant coffee in 2019, and in 2023, opened a retail location located in the historic Triangle Company building in downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he and his wife, Lydia, serve coffee, pastries, and "the best dang burrito you've ever had". Our brief originally started with a conversation about an unexpected guest in the form of a pigeon, and transformed into a conversation of community, "Everyone Welcome". The design highlights the shop's historic location, as well as Tyler's eccentric and welcoming personality. If you look closely, you can still see the pigeon hanging out in the top floor.

Tyler shared this glowing review with us: "I love these people so much, they’re so great. Pay them. Work with them. Ask them about their lives, they’re fun. Take them to dinner. Ask them to watch your dogs. I don’t know, support local and all that". Thanks, buddy, the feeling is mutual!
